Multicare specialist physicians, NP PC (MSP) is a washington nonprofit professional corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable, scientific, and educational purposes within the meaning of sections 170(c)(2), 501(c)(3), 509(a)(3), 2055(a) and 2522(a) of the internalrevenue code of 1986, as amended (the code). The primary purpose of MSP is to enable multicare health system (multicare), a washington nonprofit corporation described in section501(c)(3) of the code, to combine multicare's oncology services with the oncology services currently provided by rainier physicians, PC, a washington professional services corporation (RP), through northwest medical specialties, p.l.l.c., a washington professionallimited liability company (NMS), all with the objective of expanding the accessibility in the state of washington to high-quality, cost-effective, and patient-centric oncology services to fulfill an unmet community need.
