City of refuge support corporation ("corsc") is a nonprofit organization incorporated in 2024 under the laws of the state of georgia. Cor utilized corsc corporate entity to facilitate a new markets tax credit ("NMTC") transaction for the transformation center project. In october 2024, cor transferred assets to corsc. Corsc is a support corporation under section 509a of the internal revenue code ("irc").
