Was formed for the purpose of conducting or supporting activities for the benefit of or to carry out the purposes of young men's christian association of birmingham. In furtherance of such purposes, the organization will acquire, develop, improve, maintain, and lease to the YMCA certain real property and improvements located in birmingham, alabama.
