Scan group is a california nonprofit public benefit corporation and an irc section 501(c)(3) type ii supporting organization to its related section 501(c)(3) tax exempt organizations. Scan group supports the 501(c)(3) scan health plan in activities in support of the mission of scan health plan to keep seniors healthy and independent. Scan group provides support services to the 501(c)(3) scan foundation, whose mission is to advance a coordinated and easily navigated system of high-quality services for older adults that preserve dignity and independence. Scan group continues to make investments in organizations that will support its primary of mission of keeping senior healthy and independent by expanding its scan health plan, a medicare advantage plan offerings into the states of nevada, arizona, texas, new mexico, and washington. Scan group has launched four mission-aligned medical groups, including healthcare in action, welcome health, homebase medical and myplace health, each of which focuses on meeting the needs of older adults.
