Menorah park provides subsidized housing for more than 190 residents in 149 independent living apartments in a single building in san francisco. In addition to housing, menorah park provides the services of a russian-speaking social worker and chinese-speaking social worker to our mostly monolingual residents. We also provide social activities onsite and out in the community and a food security program.

Menorah park grants more than $1 million annually to organizations in the san francisco bay area that work to (1) provide low-income housing to seniors, (2) keep low-income senior housed safely, (3) innovate programs to help low-income housing development, and (4) food security. Our grants are administered through a donor advised fund at the san francisco foundation. The SF foundation provides guidance to the executive director and board of directors on potential grantees.
