Six rivers planned parenthood provided reproductive health services and education to residents of humboldt, trinity, and del norte counties. It was an affiliate of planned parenthood federation of america, INC. Until july 31, 2014 when it ceased as an affiliate of planned parenthood of america. At that time, six rivers, INC. Was formed to wind down the operations of six rivers planned parenthood.
