The organizations primary purpose is the serve as the parent company of an integrated behavioral health care delivery system, which system includes silver hill hospital, INC, , a connecticut nonstock corporation ("SHH"), and freedom institute INC., a new york not-for-profit corporation ("freedom"), and such other health care organizations as may become affiliates of the system from time to time (collectively, the "system members").
