Wyatt family foundation ("WFF") will operate to support or benefit, perform the functions of, and/or carry out the purposes of SBF. The charitable activities engaged in by WFF, including without limitation grantmaking to SBF and similarly described organizations with a primary mission that is consistent with and complementary to, and further the charitable purposes of, SBF, shall include providing funds for (i) breast cancer institutions, (ii) animal rights organizations, (iii) scholarships for promising high school and college students who plan on studying science, technology, engineering and math (STEM), (IV) environmental initiatives, (v) support for the arts, (vi) support for the hungry and poor and (vii) other local santa barbara area charitable organizations and programs.
