Constructing hope, in cooperation with its partners, delivers skills training in green construction practices, projects and technologies, along with career placement and advancement services to communities disproportionately impacted by climate change, including communities of color and people with low incomes, and helps individuals move into well-paying careers with opportunities for advancement.

The CCTP program is designed to increase diversity in construction careers and invest in boli-registered pre-apprenticeship training programs that increase the pool of qualified candidates that possess the skills necessary to gain entry into registered apprenticeships and be retained as registered apprentices.
