OPCA provides direct support to community health center members attending conferences and meetings focused on primary care medical home transformation, support for policy efforts to educate stakeholders about the importance of payment reform for primary care, and other consulting support for technical assistance in clinical quality improvement. OPCA also educates the public and key stakeholders about critical health care reform issues that are often given limited attention, particularly reducing systemic costs.
