The community partnership team managed the grantmaking for the planning and strategic partnership "for the future" grant cycles. Including invitations to grantees, site visits, review of applications, final recommendations, and board approvals, all of which awarded a total of $9.1m in grants. Established the process and applicant portal for event sponsorships, awarding a total of $60k in sponsorship grants. Designed the framework for cohort meetings and selected facilitators and technical assistance partners. Additionally, expanded the community partnership team by three members.

In 2024, 1803 fund communications staff successfully:completed the foundational 1803 philosophy and organizational practice document, including key messages. Completed the inaugural annual report. Completed a design and language overhaul of the fund's website. Established and expanded the fund's public relations network and social media presence, including news coverage in portland's top media outlets
