The pasco l. Schiavo memorial charitable fund was formed for the purpose of making distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations, specifically to promote primarily educational projects and other humanitarian projects in and throughout the hazleton area community, which is presently demarcated by the school district borders of the hazleton area school district and the weatherly area school district, and secondarily to any other charitable projects outside of the boundaries of those two school districts.
