These activities include promotion of activities which improve the provision of, quality, cost and management of medical care and dissemination of such information to the public and private healthcare communities. Potential grantee organizations must provide the organizations' board of directors with a thorough and complete project, other funding sources, anticipated immediate and long-range results, qualifications of the individuals administering the project and plans for measuring the results. A detailed budget for the project is required.
