In accordance with the charism, spirituality and tradition of public charitable service of the sisters of the redeemer, INC., to establish, operate, maintain, and manage, as a charitable entity, a health care system consisting of various related entities and organizations and operating divisions, by providing direction and long range strategic/financial planning, coordination of policy decisions, appointment of management, representation of the related entities before governmental, civic and business groups and entities.
