The organization facilitates a community-driven design and implementation of inclusive, equitable, sustainable resuable foodware programs in US cities in hopes to reduce disposable foodware usage and its associated harms including GHG emissions, waste, and human and environmental impacts from production, disposal and leakage. The organization also provided technical assistance to state and local governments to be able to apply for Climate Pollution Reduction Grant funding.
