mission statement

Advocate health services (AHS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation with the mission of sustaining healthcare for communities, including by partnering with rural hospitals and clinics, as well as larger community based care models that provide care to underserved. AHS provides many services such as retail pharmacies, outpatient physical and occupational rehab centers, durable medical equipment, staffing agency, and other services. AHS also has a mission to donate back to healthcare models to ensure sustainable care to underserved populations.
