CCFF'S MISSION IS TO SUPPORT FATHERS IN PROVIDING CHILD AND FAMILY SAFETY, ECONOMIC STABILITY, AND OVERALL COMMUNITY WELL-BEING THROUGH EDUCATION, ADVOCACY, AND COLLABORATION. CCFF IS PROVIDING RESOURCES AND KEY LEADERSHIP IN THE COLLECTIVE COORDINATION OF THE KENTUCKY FATHERHOOD Service delivery systems. Accomplishments include, but are not limited to: KYDAD ACADEMY (A 6 WEEK, 10-Sression training intensive for fathers) ; CAPACITY-BUILDING MINI-GRANTS PROMOTE RESPONSIBLE AND POSITIVE FATHERHOOD ENGAGEMENT programs and projects; Professional Development & Training to state/community agencies (3000+attendees); 6 statewide fatherhood summits (1200+attendees); 3 Regional Fatherhood Symposiums (475+attendees); Fatherhood Art & Recovery (FAR) program with Fletcher group to infuse father-centric environment and curriculum in 4 Recovery Houses across Kentucky; Created educational resources on the relationship between father engagement and child maltreatment for public distribution; and more.

Capacity-building Mini-Grants promote responsible and positive fatherhood engagement throughout the state. These mini-grants provided seed funding to a wide variety of community-based organizations, agencies, and community leaders to create, support, or implement activities for fathers and families. CCFF staff and supporters also provided training, professional development and technical assistance to hundreds of partners and agencies.
