Strategic grant - facilitate assessment of public community cold storage food facilities and resources creating opportunities for lineage employees to share their expertise, intellectual property, and other tools, through the foundation as an in-kind contribution and cash grants to these organizations operating in the food insecurity space to improve capacity and outcomes.

$720K in expenses

Employee hardship - provide monetary relief and assistance to current and future employees and immediate family members (including qualifying surviving family members) of lineage. The foundation's relief assistance will focus on aiding employees facing a financial hardship resulting from a qualifying circumstance.

$858K in expenses

Local grant and other - providing aid and support to the communities in which lineage, INC. And/or its subsidiaries (collectively, lineage) operate that are in need and qualify for assistance. This is facilitated through community service programming with episodic and skills-based volunteering by lineage employees and external partners.
