The azhhf facilitates education for the arizona healthcare community through webinars, trainings, and conferences intended to augment hospital leaders' knowledge of pertinent topics and to generate improvements and efficiencies in the state's healthcare delivery system. Educational activities include conferences focused on healthcare leadership, maternal health, emergency preparedness, and health equity. In conjunction with key partners, the azhhf also houses real-time leadership and management training through the healthcare leadership academy, as well as clinical training known as continuous service readiness.azhhf's thoughtful life conversations provides healthcare leaders and providers with the education needed to assist patients in making end-of-life care decisions through purposeful conversations and to conduct other activities that promote considerations of serious illness care, palliative care, and end-of-life care.
