Royal blue health LLC's pupose is to further the charitable and exempt purposes of its members by supporting, benefiting, and performing certain functions and purposes of ashland hospital corporation, portsmouth hospital corporation, and all other organizations supervised or controlled in connection with such organizations in order to enhance the quality, availability, convenience, and access of health care services provided within the service areas of the hospitals and by otherwise promoting the general health and well-being of persons residing in the hospitals' service areas.
