Kin wellness and support center, a dba under main street missions corp. Is a holistic integrative cancer center providing free care and services for the bucks county cancer community, the cancer patients, caregivers and the local oncology healthcare workers. Kin's mission is to help people find calm and peace and center themselves in a restorative environment. Over 400 cancer patients and caregivers have been onboarded at kin. Since february 2022, kin has offered 7,411 free treatments and classes equaling 5,790 free hours of services. Over 40 practitioners and instructors provide care at kin. Kin strives to bring free programs include nutrition, yoga, fitness, one-on-one counseling, support groups, workshops, massage, reflexology, reiki, chiropractic, acupuncture, and facials. The non-profit strives to brings people to a place where they feel empowered to manage their diagnoses through treatment, recovery and beyond. Kin is a unique center that looks to satisfy the emotional, social, and physical needs of cancer patients. Kin wellness and support center operates all year, 5 days a week with select weekend and week night events, treatments and classes. Kin wellness and support center has two employees and many volunteers. The success of kin is made possible through generous donations from the local bucks county community. Kin wellness and support center raises funds through sponsors, partners, grants, community donations, giving programs and events. Annually kin raises funds through a golf classic and kin casino night. Annually kin is the recipient of funds raised through a 5k in association with bucks 5k series, spa and salon self care month, eat, drink and be merry month, and the bucks gives a buck campaign. Based in buckingham township offering free holistic and integrative care for all of bucks county. We welcome people with all types of cancers who live in bucks county. Kin sees people in treatment, recovery and up to one year clear. Kin has a 5,000 SQ FT. Main ST.'s primary focus is to support the local buck's county breast cancer community. We launched in 2018. We have raised over $750,000 for local breast cancer patients. We have helped over 2,500 patients in treatment and recovery. In 2024 we secured 72 business partners and 69 official sponsors. Programs we created and funding include: cold capping, comfort bags upon diagnosis, treatment transportation, out-of-pocket expenses, state-of-the-art infusion chairs, integrative services and a home food delivery program. Main ST.'s footprint expands every year and can now be found in new hope, peddler's village, carversville, doylestown, perkasie, newtown, shops at valley square and dublin town center. Events held by the community and local businesses vary from year-to-year but historically entail an award show and luminary stroll, a wine pairing dinner, multiple school pink outs, donation of fitness and yoga classes, TP my house, block parties, etc. Main ST. Is the recipient of these funds raised by these events. Main ST. Raises money through sponsorships, partner proceed splits with local businesses, events, grants and community donations. While main ST. Is active every year during breast cancer awareness month (october), work to secure partners, sponsors and expansion is a year-round endeavor. Main ST.
