Issue advocacy + communications program: this was our major program expenditure for the year and included all aspects of messaging the solutions and policy proposals within the opportunity agenda, specifically promoting issue-based advocacy around opportunity zones, highlighting financial literacy, and opportunities in education. This included digital ads, video production, social media management, optimizing opportunity matters network's web presence, op-eds, and our email list cultivation.
