Thriving enhanced its early childhood initiatives through the expansion of the grow program, which supports families, caregivers, and children aged 0-4. To address food insecurity, we introduced a range of initiatives including a monthly community meal, cooking and nutrition classes, and a paid summer internship for high school students focused on urban gardening and hands-on experience in community gardens. Additionally, we concluded the year by acquiring ownership of our building, enabling us to further utilize the space for community trainings and to host a variety of service providers.
