Capital Leveraging & PartnershipsLeveraged approved $500,000 in City of El Paso funding and $170,000 in interest buy-down support, and a $300,000 CDFI Fund TA award, expanding lending capacity, reducing borrower costs, and multiplying community impact.3. Technical Assistance & Capacity BuildingProvided financial literacy, loan readiness, and compliance support to women, veterans, and minority entrepreneurs, strengthening creditworthiness and long-term business sustainability.Other Program ServicesConducted community outreach across El Paso and southern New Mexico, promoting financial inclusion and increasing awareness of BCCs loan and TA programs through workshops, events, and direct engagement.
