The Organization has acquired and constructed a full-scale health care clinic located in Seattle, Washington known as Hobson Place Clinic. The organization owns the clinic and leases it to Downtown Emergency Service Center. The lease commenced in 2022 upon completion of the construction of the property. The Property is the first local full-scale health care clinic in the Seattle area specifically designed to meet the complex needs of people living with disabilities who have experienced the longest periods of homelessness.
