mission statement

The corporation is a not for profit illinois corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable, scientific, medical, literary, and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501c(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended. The organization shall collect donations from the 10,000-strong membership of the teamsters union local no. 710 and the genenral public through raffles and fund raising events to fund scholarships for the dependents of union members in good standing so that they may attend colleges, universities, and trade schools.
