Rotary club of jackson hole participates in the cowboy country youth exchange program. During fiscal year 2025, the club hosted one exchange student. The cost of covering a student includes a monthly stipend, rotary district 5440 exchange student trip and other necessary rotary costs.

Rotary club of jackson hole supports the rotary club of jackson hole foundation scholarship program. Funds are raised and reimbursed to the foundation for annual scholarships to teton county high school seniors.
