The corporation is organized and will be operated at all times exclusively for the benefit of growth organization of topeka/shawnee county, INC. ("member or "go topeka") a kansas not-for-profit corporation that is an organization described in section 501(c)(6) and section 509(a)(2), as it applies to section 509(a)(3)(a), of the code. The corporation's activities in support and for the benefit of go topeka will include, but are not limited to, the acquisition, ownership, development, operation, and leasing of the east topeka learning center to advance go topeka's tax-exempt purposes.
