CTCA studies the intersection of technology and workforce, and leverages those insights (see SCH o) to produce data-driven, smart solutions, policies, and methodologies to ensure a productive, viable, and equitable 21st century. CTCA looks at new technology job creation trends for both degree and non-degree workers; explores how new technologies might be creating efficiencies and opening up opportunities for existing workers; and what fiscal and social policies are needed to both facilitate and ease the transition from traditional blue collar jobs to "new collar" jobs.
