mission statement

The charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code for which the corporation is organized include assisting in the administration of organ transplant services in Puerto Rico, an area with an underserved population of individuals needing liver, kidney, and pancreas transplants, and engaging in other activities useful or appropriate for the accomplishment of the foregoing purpose.
