Grantmaking program. WDN action continued its grantmaking program in 2024 and invested in advocacy and civic engagement strategies to create a just and sustainable world. WDN action made $10,585,000 in grants to 66 organizations during 2024. With unrestricted funding, the organization supported building long-term progressive movement infrastructure in key states, as well as investing in the leadership development and capacity building of its grantees.

Advocacy & educational activities. The organization offered educational programs related to its grantmaking and advocacy strategy online during 2024. As part of its educational outreach to engage women donors in its strategy, the organization held sessions during the women donors network's annual conference in denver, colorado in november 2024. These sessions were attended by approximately 140 donors and movement leaders who learned about the organization's strategy and heard directly from WDN action grant recipients about the impact of their work.
