To provide aid to the employees and their family members of the mechanical contractors association of america and its members and affiliates, who are suffering financial need or distress resulting from catastrophic events in their lives such as natural or civil disasters. The corporation may engage in any and all other charitable activities within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the code, including without limitation, making grants to other charitable organizations for any charitable purpose, and shall engage in any and all lawful activities incidental to the foregoing purposes.
