Glioblastoma adaptive global innovative learning environment (GBM agile) is GCAR's flagship and most advanced initiative - an international, phase 2/3 adaptive platform trial designed to evaluate multiple investigational treatments for glioblastoma over time, with the goal of improving patient outcomes. Since opening in july 2019, GBM agile has screened more than 2,250 patients and continues to actively enroll participants.in 2024, key data and updates from GBM agile were shared with the research community through several major conferences, including the american society of clinical oncology (asco), society for neuro-oncology (sno), european association of neuro-oncology (eano), and the european society for medical oncology (esmo).GCAR remains committed to supporting the glioblastoma research and clinical community through ongoing philanthropic contributions to advocacy organizations, as well as through education, outreach, and engagement efforts. In 2024, patient-centered educational presentations on GBM agile were delivered in collaboration with the musella foundation for brain tumor research & information and at the glioblastoma research organization's glioblastoma summit in miami.

Programs in development. Additional efforts are dedicated to supporting the launch, design, education, outreach, and clinical community engagement for multiple programs currently in development, including those focused on pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer, and PTSD. These are all rare and/or life-threatening conditions with an urgent need for innovative treatment options.one smaller federally funded program supporting covid-19 research concluded its wind-down phase and officially ended in june 2024.
