Case management - family allies achieved premanency for 29.4% of the children who exited out of home care within 12 months. The 29.4% was comprised of 115 children who achieved permanency within 12 months, 275 additional children achieved permancy outside of 12 months. In total, 157 children were adopted, 49 children were closed to permanency guardianship, and 174 were reunified. Approximately 1,400 children received case management services.
