The organization provides education and leadership training to leaders of shriners international (shriners) and shriners hospital for children (SHC) and to persons who are not affiliated with shriners or SHC but who share and support the mission and charitable purposes of shriners and SHC. By enhancing the leadership capabilities of current and future leaders of shriners and SHC, and by improving their ability to perform effectively various tasks related to management, membership development, fundraising, communications, marketing, and support for shriners and SHC, these organizations will be able to increase the level of financial support for SHC and enhance fellowship, an integral part of shriners. (continued on schedule o)the organization hosts its education and training programs as live seminars and presentations. The educational programming will include leadership training, information concerning the history of the shriners and of SHC, and information concerning the laws and regulations that apply to tax-exempt organizations and organizations generally, concerning fundraising, marketing, employment law, etc.
