What They Do

Student success requires full-family support, and learn to earn dayton leads initiatives that leverage a place-based, multi-generational approach. A significant part of work is occurring in county-level and neighborhood-level collaborations with a wide variety of community stakeholders and partners, is endeavoring to implement a set of strategies and community engagement practices that will improve student success and lead to economic mobility.

College and career readiness. Learn to earn dayton's goal is that 60% of working-age adults will have a recognized post-secondary credential in order to ensure the workforce needed for the region to have a thriving economy. In partnership with montgomery county's public schools and the region's 2- and 4-year colleges, learn to earn dayton implements evidence based and data driven approaches to improve academic achievement along a connected continuum of learning milestones.
