Connector services- waha serves as the lead in-person assister organization for a five-county region (whatcom, skagit, island, san juan and snohomish). In this role we oversee implementation of the washington health benefits exchange and, with our partner organizations, help people search for, compare and enroll in health plans offered on washingtonhealthplanfinder.
