ST. Francis hospital support corporation sold all of its assets on june 30, 2003. From june 30, 2003 through present, the organization is honoring its obligations and representations under the purchase agreement.the organization was formed to own and operate real estate in support of ST. Francis medical center and other exempt activities of dignity health including the ownership and leasing of medical offices to physicians who were members of the medical staff of the hospital. However, due to the sale of the underlying real estate in a previous year, the organization is now inactive. The organization is in the process of being dissolved.
