Trust instrument and amendments require income to be distributed to certain colleges, universities, hospitals and other benevolent institutions described in 170(c) (2), operated under the auspices of the Baptist General Convention of Texas and/or the Southern Baptist Convention, organizations of groups of Baptist Churches.
