The primary exempt purpose of 298 Inc is to raise money through solicited contributions and fundraising activities in order to donate, in the form of meals, toys, monetary gifts, and other miscellaneous gifts, to needy families and organizations with a similar purpose during the various holiday seasons throughout the year. As of year end 2021 The exempt organization ceased operations and liquidated all assets. For the Year 2022, paperwork and documentation for the dissolution of this entity is in process and will be finalized in 2023. No financial activity occurred for the years 2022 and 2023 and all assets (cash) were liquidated in accordance with our primary purpose in 2021.
