These programs most often support the chna/CHIP and have appropriate documentation ensure they are meeting the standards and supporting our mission to extend the healing ministry of jesus christ.

FOR COMMUNITY BENEFIT PURPOSES, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IS REPORTED IN TERMS OF COSTS, NOT CHARGES, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE DOES NOT INCLUDE BAD DEBT AND DISCOUNTS NOT DESCRIBED BY THE FAP (FOR EXAMPLE, DISCOUNTS PROVIDED TO SELF-PAY PATIENTS AND/OR SERVICES INELIGIBLE FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE).
