The organization provides physicians and other health care professionals to non profit hospitals and individuals in the east texas area. During fy18, operations of MMA were transitioned to baylor ST. Luke's medical group, a related 501(c)(3) organization. On 6/30/2023, the assets of memorial multispecialty associates were transferred to memorial health system of east texas.
