Leveraging its biannual research into the economic issues impacting Texas women and girls, Texas Women's Foundation invests strategically to remove the barriers to women's economic security, stability and success: health care access, affordable child care, stable housing, and educational/leadership development opportunities. During the year ended June 30, 2024, Texas Women's Foundation invested $2.6 million in economic security grants, research and programs to advance its mission.

Empowering women's philanthropy: Through its research, programs, presentations and workshops facilitated by experienced subject matter experts, Texas Women's Foundation empowers women to engage in philanthropy and advocacy on behalf of Texas women and girls. The foundation also supports donor advised funds and giving circles to support individuals, and groups with shared interests, in their philanthropic journeys. During the year ended June 30, 2024, Texas Women's Foundation invested more than $2 million in empowering women's philanthropy including grants from donor advised funds and giving circles that were not allocated to addressing economic security or educational/leadership development opportunities.

Women's Leadership: Texas Women's Foundation seeks to advance and increase the number of women in leadership positions in all sectors by offering lifecycle leadership development opportunities for Texas women and girls. During the year ended June 30, 2024, Texas Women's Foundation invested more than $300,000 in leadership grants and programs impacting women and girls across Texas.
