See Schedule OBaylor Scott & White All Saints Health Foundation (Foundation) raises and manages charitable funds to support Baylor All Saints Medical Center dba Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center - Fort Worth (Baylor Scott & White-Fort Worth), the organization's sole member. Baylor Scott & White - Fort Worth is a faith-based, nonprofit acute care hospital providing quality patient care services to the residents of Tarrant County and the surrounding communities for more than 100 years. Support from the Foundation equips our medical center to embrace new changes, continue to excel in the delivery of quality services to its patients, and develop new models of care to meet the needs of a growing population. Through the support of generous donors, the Foundation helps Baylor Scott & White - Fort Worth improve lives in Tarrant County in many tangible, lasting ways. The Foundation raises funds on behalf and for the benefit of Baylor Scott & White - Fort Worth through grants, annual fund appeals, special project developments, capital campaigns and planned giving programs. During the fiscal year, the Foundation provided over $4.5 million for priority programs and initiatives at Baylor Scott & White - Fort Worth. Below are some of the areas of need the Foundation supported:Joan Katz Cancer Resource Center - The Joan Katz Cancer Resource Center provides hope for all who hear the words, "You have cancer." All of the non-medical services offered by the Joan Katz Cancer Resource Center are 100% donor-funded and free to patients and their families regardless of where they receive their direct medical care. Services offered at the center include: patient navigation from diagnosis through survivorship; education regarding disease process, cancer treatment options, nutrition and wellness; one-on-one chemotherapy teaching; connection to community resources and support; coordination of medical appointments; and free yoga and fitness classes. Andrews Women's Hospital - The Paul and Judy Andrews Women's Hospital at Baylor Scott & White - Fort Worth is designed specifically to meet the health care needs of women of all ages. Services at the facility include pregnancy and childbirth, gynecology and oncology, pelvic medicine, women's wellness and rehabilitation, and a Level III NICU. More than half of all babies born in the City of Fort Worth are delivered at Andrews Women's Hospital. Significant contributions from its founding donor ensure the unique culture and highest standards of quality are maintained at the Andrews Women's Hospital.Graduate Medical Education - Graduate Medical Education programs Baylor Scott & White - Fort Worth are affiliated with the Burnett School of Medicine at TCU and currently train 111 physicians on campus in the areas of internal medicine, emergency medicine, general surgery, OBGYN and anesthesia. Nurse Residency Program - The Foundation supported the Graduate Nurse Residency Program, a framework for GNs to transition from students to professional nurses through onboarding, clinical immersion, competency validation, and seminars. This program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a recognized apprenticeship program by the Department of Labor. Child Life Services - This pioneering program offers support directly to the children of seriously ill adults - helping them process everything from their loved one's terminal diagnosis to a life altering illness or injury. Faxel Fund for Nursing Education - Established through a significant gift from Dee and Ralph Faxel, this fund provides scholarships, continuing education and certification assistance for nurses at Baylor Scott & White - Fort Worth.
