The Helotes Festival Association, INC. promotes community goodwill and preserves the heritage of The Helotes area through education grants to students, grants to non-profit charitable organizations, youth organizations, education organizations, religious organizations, representation of the helotes area in neighboring community events and providing facilities for events that promote their expempt funcitions.
