See schedule o.in its other charitable services, tulsa community foundation oversees scholarship funds created to encourage students to attain the highest level of education and training; emergency assistance and disaster relief grants to relieve the effects of poverty or assist those who have been negatively impacted by natural/civil disasters; and, endowment funds designated to benefit over 300 charitable organizations. TCF also supported the work of a wide variety of charitable projects including, but not limited to, folds of honor, which provides scholarships to families who have been negatively impacted by the death or disability of a person on active military duty, and healthy minds policy initiative, which helps inform oklahomans advance data-driven strategies to overcome oklahoma's substance use challenges and meet the mental health needs of all oklahomans.
