Community outreach - CHS continues its mission through collaborating and networking with community agencies, providers, business leaders and other groups. There are more than 100 community partners with which it shares information and resources. CHS seeks to continue to identify and nurture partners to meet the growing needs of the communities served.the cost for these outreach efforts consists of the direct costs for the services of the community liaison who leads this program.
