Center for transforming communities (CTC) works closely with residents and institutions to support equitable community change work, from efforts to minimize the adverse impact of community development, to power and capacity building support for residents. We build neighborhood democracies through shared decision-making practices that support the resiliency of the neighborhoods in which CTC serves, including binghampton, medical district, orange mound, north memphis, south memphis and whitehaven.
