SERVICES INCLUDE AEROBICS, WEIGHT TRAINING, SILVERSNEAKERS PROGRAM FOR SENIOR ADULTS, PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING, AND ALL THE VARIOUS TEAM SPORTS i.e. SOCCER, BASKETBALL, FOOTBALL, ETC. PEOPLE OF ALL AGES, FAITHS, BACKGROUNDS, ABILITIES, AND INCOMELEVELS ARE SERVED BY THE YMCA. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE TO THOSE WHO CAN'T AFFORD TO PARTICIPATE.
