Hospice provides services in Orange, Seminole, and Osceola counties - we were privileged in 2024 to provide end-of-life compassionate care to 5,699 adults and children living in Orange, Seminole and Osceola County and also at Hospice House on our campus. In 2024, 366 staff members and 140 active volunteers joined together believing in one mission. Our patients and families believe in our work and we are privileged to believe in our mission first. Hospice started the Breathe! Pulmonary Care Program in 2020, aimed at serving patients with End-Stage COPD and other pulmonary diseases. This expansion was in order to provide even more resources and options to the Central Florida community and maintain its excellent service standard to extend the healing ministry of Christ.

AdventHealth Hospice Bereavement Center - We specialize in offering grief support to caregivers and their families, for 13 months after a death. This commitment is seen at our Horizon's Bereavement center in 2024 providing 1,208 individual counseling sessions (for both adults and children), in addition to 151 group sessions offered at no cost to adults regardless of whether their loved one was served by our organization. Children are the "forgotten grievers and our licensed counselors were able to serve 267 different participants, providing 1,048 hours of grief support across our three student grief support programs. 156 different participants attended 541 hours of student grief support groups in the Orange County public-school systems; 61 different participants attended 366 hours of grief support at our two Camp Healing Hearts; and 50 different participants attended 141 hours of individual grief support.
